CO-FOUNDERS / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Tiffaney Frongillo, MS., BCBA, LABA
Tiffaney Frongillo is a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst with board certification and over 14 years experience conducting clinical evaluations, functional behavior assessment and providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Deafblindess and other developmental disabilities. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and Northeastern University. Much of her professional career has been in director level roles across residential schools and clinic based settings serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts and Simmons College. Her primary clinical and research interests are in the areas of applied behavior analysis, functional behavior assessment, severe challenging behavior and staff training and supervision.
Jessica Blutstein, MS CCC-SLP; BCBA, LABA
Jessica Blutstein is dually certified as a licensed and board certified Speech Language Pathologist and Applied Behavior Analyst. She is a graduate of University of New Hampshire, Northeastern University and Endicott College. Jessica has over twelve years experience providing assessment and therapeutic services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, concurrent psychiatric disorders, feeding disorders, and other developmental disabilities. Jessica has focused her career on utilizing the principles of applied behavior analysis to increase functional communication skills with specific training in individuals utilizing alternative augmentative communication. Her primary clinical and research interests are in the areas of applied behavior analysis, verbal behavior, functional communication, feeding and early childhood language development.
LICENSED APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSTS
Our Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts have completed all coursework and practicum hours to be licensed in the State of Massachusetts as well as received certification by the Board of Applied Behavior Analysts. Their role within Aspire Leaning Center is to conduct comprehensive functional assessment, develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment and positive behavior support plans as well as provide on-going training, mentoring and supervision to the Applied Behavior Technicians. They lead on-going family training and support and promote generalization of skill across environments.
LICENSED SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS
Our Licensed Speech Language Pathologists have completed all coursework and practicum hours as dictated by the American Speech and Hearing Association and received certification and licensure by the American Speech and Hearing Association and the state of Massachusetts. At Aspire Learning Center, Speech Language Pathologists are responsible for screening and assessment of all individuals with a known or suspected Communication Disorder and/or Feeding Disorder. Based on assessment, they provide individualized, evidence based treatment as well as on going family training to promote carryover and generalization across environments and communication partners. They work closely with our Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts and Applied Behavior Technicians to ensure functional communication and feeding skills are generalized and reinforced within daily programming.
APPLIED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS
Our Applied Behavior Technicians are the “face” of Aspire Learning Center. They provide one-to-one direct instruction to our consumers with specialized training and supervision from Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts and Licensed Speech and Language Pathologists. Their primary responsibility is to promote the active engagement of assigned consumer(s) across all sessions and utilize all incidental opportunities for learning.
